After getting #1 up a month ago, I’ve finally uploaded Vortex #2 to the Party Fears page. It was thirty-odd years ago today! (give or take a bit.)
Featured in this issue: Stems, I Hear An Army, Rabbits Wedding, Watermelon Boy, Marigolds, Kryptonites, Do Re Mi, The Smiths (1983), a thinkpiece on guitarists and a pile of record and live reviews. And the 6NR Late Nite review of 1986, plus the 1986 UltraNative Chart.
Issues 3 to 6 will follow, er, in due course. Still angling for any other Perth zines, particularly The Harvey and FreakZine.
