JUSTINE Ó GADHRA-SHARP: Sídhe EP (UTM) — A nicely varied EP from a veteran of the New Zealand goth scene. This was actually recorded in the early 2000s and the recordings were finally polished up and released last year by Michel Rowland’s UTM. Michel also sings on “Stanley’s Only Hope”, the standout track for me, an elegant if self-conscious slice of lounge cabaret. “Red Room” is your bleepy single; I recommend the remix version.
