HOUSE OF ALL: House Of All — Collecting old ex-members of the Fall into a band sounds like a good idea. The hard part is finding someone to do the words and singing, and there’s Martin Bramah who can do both. The others are Steve Hanley on bass, Paul Hanley and Simon Wolstencroft on drums and Pete Greenway from the last Fall lineup on guitar.
(Pete is also in Imperial Wax, the band formed by the remaining members of the last Fall lineup. You should give their album Gastwerk Saboteurs a spin.)
The result works nicely. If you like this sort of thing, this is the sort of thing you’ll like. There’s also an EP, Bay City Pistols.
